Build at the inflection

The best moment to start is when the old answer stops being obviously right.

Markets rarely announce an inflection. They look like a sequence of small, unrelated changes until the old model suddenly cannot explain what people are doing.

We look for cost curves collapsing, permissions changing, behaviour shifting, and infrastructure becoming available to a new class of builder. Any one of those is noise. Three at once is a door.

Being early is only useful when paired with a precise view of what becomes inevitable. Timing is not prediction. It is disciplined attention.

The work is to move before consensus while remaining honest enough to change when reality disagrees.

Start at the center

Bring us the idea before it is safe.

The best moment to talk to us is the moment the old answer stops being obviously right — long before the deck exists. Tell us what changed, and why you cannot stop thinking about it.
